Victoria Gill

Studio owner, Reformer Pilates and Hot Yoga Instructor

Victoria is a highly skilled dance artist, educator and fitness professional who has a wealth of experience and a diverse career, than spans choreographing, teaching and event management, across the U.K. and Ireland!

Victoria trained professionally as a dancer in some of the most prestigious training establishments in London graduating with her ISTD Diploma in Dance Instruction and Diploma in Dance Education through Performers College and Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance.

Throughout the dance world Victoria is renowned for her incredible teaching skills, remarkable knowledge of dance science, anatomy and bio mechanics of the body. She has a huge passion for fitness, the mind body connection and mental wellbeing leading her to further her training in reformer Pilates with Ten Health and fitness education academy in London and hot yoga (26 & 2 series) with Evolution in the United States.

Victoria has enormous energy, drive and enthusiasm and a unique teaching flair that builds strong bodies and resilient minds! She is renowned for her ‘full out’ style and infectious teaching personality. Her classes are challenging, highly creative, yet accessible to all, and have a trendy vibe that will leave you wanting more!
